The Franchisee Discovery Process
#1
Intro
One-on-one phone calls, video calls, references, emails, chats, visits – Anything that the interested potential owner may require to make a decision on whether Ctrl V® is a fit for them. Fit is very important to a lasting relationship.
#2
Vetting
We send a series of behavioral and aptitude tests to the interested owner. This helps Ctrl V® understand if they are a fit for our system. We want to ensure that everyone is as set up for success as possible. Being a good fit is important for best results.
#3
Info
We will send the interested candidate a large information package with some worksheets and some detailed information about our processes and what it means to be a franchise owner with Ctrl V® for review.
#4
Q&A
By this point, both the interested potential owner and Ctrl V® know quite a bit about each other. In this step, we hammer out any lingering questions that need to be addressed before either party starts spending money on legal.
#5
FDD
Ctrl V® will send the interested ownership prospect our franchise disclosure documents (FDD). This is basically everything that we’ve already spoken about except in “legal speak”. The owner will wait for the required waiting period and sign if all is good.
